DCTC is a privately owned club that offers memberships and club passes for daily public use.
Del Cerro Tennis Club has a long San Diego Tennis Club history, with many local San Diegans remembering its origin. In the 1970's the San Diego club was called "Juegos de Juan Tennis Club." The grounds consisted of a club house, pro shop, four lit tennis courts, along with a pool and spa. The club offered day pass play as well as offering memberships and professional tennis instruction. In 1981 it was renamed "Tennis Townhomes Tennis Club" and Manny Perez became the new director and teaching pro. With his love of tennis he gave countless lessons, held tennis clinics, and successfully built up the club's membership until his passing. In 2010 a vision of remodeling began. Six years later, a new era will begin and carry on the long San Diego tennis club history of the property. The club has been tastefully remodeled with a new clubhouse and four new courts. The pool and gym are both under construction and will be open Spring 2017. At this time, we do not offer Pickleball, but it is in consideration for the future.
