Kundalini is a blend of physical and spiritual practices integrating movement, postures, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and mantra.The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

We are excited to have Julie as a member of our staff. Julie has an extensive background in women's health and wellness with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from USC and a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Julie is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher who received her credentials from Wanderlust in Hollywood and a Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher Certification by davidji in Carlsbad, Ca.

Julie uses a combination of eastern and western therapies to assist women in achieving their health and fitness goals. After a comprehensive evaluation to determine the root cause of symptoms, a healing program will be designed around ones individual lifestyle and needs. With guidance and weekly support, you will improve your overall health, achieve personal goals, cultivate daily habits of physical movement, meditation, and learn tools to live your life in harmony and balance. You will also create new friendships and have on-going community support.
